| Just Finished, May-June 2010:
Robin Rae
An exhibition in part inspired by the landscape of Dorset.
Rae
showed considerable early talent, first exhibiting in the Royal Academy
at the age of 16; this was followed by two sell-out shows in the Little
Gallery, Piccadilly.
The
critics of the day praised his work, The Sunday Times putting him in
‘the British Romantic category’ with Stanley Spencer and Paul Nash.
